Option 1:

The ToYourRescue™ Roadside Assistance program is included in your membership, and is available to protect anyone who spends $25 or more. It gives you peace of mind on the road and demonstrates our commitment to you. No matter where you travel in North America, you are covered 24/7 for an entire year.

• Free to every customer who spends $25 or more on vehicle services at my shop.
• Coverage includes events such as a flat, lock-out, empty tank, dead battery and need for a tow.
• You can go direct to a preferred roadside service provider OR have one dispatched to your location.
• You are covered 24/7 for an entire year.
• You will be reimbursed on roadside services up to $75 per occurrence, up to two service calls in a 365-day period.

Option 2:

The TECHNET 24/24 Nationwide Consumer Protection Program is included in your membership, and covers qualifying warranty repairs for 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first) when you are more than 25 miles from our shop.

The warranty claim process includes the following:

• When you are beyond the 25-mile radius of our shop, you must call 866-588-0728 and follow the prompts to have warranty repair work performed. Then you will be directed to the nearest in-network service provider.
• That shop will then contact the Warranty Administrator to confirm warranty eligibility and receive work authorization.
• Upon completion of the work, the Warranty Administrator will pay the shop for the eligible repair.
